Health Beat outdoor fitness system
I had the
opportunity to use the Health Beat outdoor fitness system. The three pieces of
equipment available were the cardio stepper, chest/back press and the ab
crunch/leg lift. Go to www.playlsi.com,
New Products, Health Beat Stretch. A column will come on the left side of the
page for you to click and see all of the different systems available.
I would like to have some of these available in our community. Anyone
interested in checking this out, please contact Noni at 705-454-8007.
Is anyone interested in converting their hand written recipes to
computer format? I need help with the computer skills to do this. If you are
interested in getting together on Monday evenings to accomplish this task,
please call Noni at 705-454-8007.
We are in need of buttons - all shapes and
sizes for children’s’ crafts both at the Library and Sunday school. If you have any, please bring them to the
Library or put them in the drop box outside the Library. Thanks.
